Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, the information you provide in the form, including the contact details you enter there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The following data is collected:

4. Hosting and form processing (Cloudflare)

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (e.g. IP address, time, page requested) in order to deliver the site and protect it against attacks.

Your form data is stored in a database at Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1) located in the EU. It is also forwarded to us by email via Cloudflare's email service so that we can process your enquiry. To prevent abuse, the number of enquiries per IP address is briefly limited; the IP address is not stored in the database.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing your enquiry) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure operation of the website). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare.

5. Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect our forms against automated submissions (spam), we use Cloudflare Turnstile. When the form loads, technical characteristics of your browser and connection (e.g. IP address, browser type) are sent to Cloudflare and evaluated to check whether the request comes from a human. Turnstile does not set cookies for advertising or tracking purposes.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is protecting the website against abuse.

6. Masterclass video (Wistia)

The masterclass video is embedded via the Wistia service. The provider is Wistia, Inc., Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. The video is only loaded when you click "Play the masterclass". Before that, no data is sent to Wistia.

When you click, data is sent to Wistia (e.g. IP address, browser information and playback details), and the player stores information in your browser's local storage, such as the playback position. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process.

The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can delete the stored information at any time in your browser settings.

7. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies and does not store any information on your device. The only exception is the Wistia player once you have started the masterclass video (see section 6). No tracking or analytics services are used.

You have the right at any time to:

• Obtain information about your stored personal data
• Request the correction of inaccurate data
• Request the deletion of your data
• Request the restriction of processing
• Object to the processing
• Request data portability

9. SSL encryption
